Woolworth Ring

Though I'm not completely sure why, this ring reminds me of shopping at Woolworth's in Southland Mall as a kid, many, many, many, many years ago. There's something about it that just feels vintage, and for me, Woolworth's is vintage. It's also a little mod, a little Happy Days diner-ish. I think it's the mint green on it. What does that mean? I'm not sure. But it just makes me nostalgic for fruit shaped note pads and puffy stickers in an oddly lit store full of a few treasures, but mostly junk. This ring, is of course, is a treasure.
